State Police arrested a Millersburg man after they say he threatened to conduct a mass shooting and to harm a woman and her family. 23 year old Evan Etzweiler, according to troopers, unlawfully obtained firearms by falsifying statements during a background check. Etzweiler was taken into custody Friday and charged with terroristic threats, harassment, false written statement, and also drug charges.
