A Perry County company has been accused of child labor law violations. The Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry has filed criminal complaints against Samuel Lapp, the owner of S&L Roofing, Gutters, and Siding… for alleged child labor law violations… claiming he employed two minors for work on second-story roofs. The suit alleges that it was hazardous work for extended hours, and it involved minors who were 12 and 15 years old.
