A Pennsylvania woman was arrested after she threatened a state trooper with a tree saw. It happened in Bedford County, where police say 49 year old Kellan Fetter threatened to cut the trooper’s head off with the saw. It all unfolded when police arrived after they say she called them and then hung up. As officers began to approach Fetter, who was standing near a shed on a property, they say she appeared to be hallucinating and talking to people that weren’t there. Police used a taser to subdue Fetter after the attempted attack. She is now behind bars on $50,000 bail. Fetter is charged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats and resisting arrest.
