Penn State will take on 8th ranked Utah in the big game that is set for January 2nd at 5pm. It will be broadcast on ESPN, and it will mark the first matchup between the two teams. Penn State finished the regular season 10 and 2 and sits in third place in the Big Ten east behind #2 Michigan, which is 13 and 0 and #4 Ohio State, which finished the year 11and 1. It will also be the fifth time in program history that Penn State plays in the Rose Bowl.
