According to Republican leaders in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania’a 2022-23 budget spends $45.2 billion… but it also saves money in record ways. The proposed spending plan is up for a vote by the state Senate today. While it includes funding increases across almost all areas… especially in education… it also contains measures to save with increased investments in the event of an economic downturn.
